This is just something I do every other day or so to keep myself flexible and healthy. My stretch routine consists of three stages (lower body stretch, core strengthening, and upper body stretch) that flow really nicely together. I will be breaking down how to do each move and then creating a video of the whole routine uninterrupted.

    • Introduction to the personal stretch routine and breathing techniques.

    • The lower body stretch with an explanation of each position.

    Second Step 

    • Core strengthening with an explanation of each exercise.

    • The upper body stretch with an explanation of each position.

  • Lesson 0/2

    Third Step 

    • The full routine, uninterrupted.

    • Check in after one week of testing out the routine.
